Dr. Chow was educated at some of the world's top universities and trained by pioneers in aesthetic breast surgery, facial rejuvenation and migraine surgery. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Hawaii John A Burns School of Medicine. Dr. Chow then completed a five-year general surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
After residency, Dr. Chow was fellowship-trained in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is now the owner/operator of Plastic Surgery of Austin and practices in the Austin metro and surrounding areas.
